Cancellation Policy

Care plan subscriptions

You can cancel anytime — no phone call required. Either:

• Open the customer billing portal and cancel there, or
• Email hello@gooddevelopments.studio and we'll cancel for you.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then, and you won't be charged again.

One-time projects

You may cancel a project in writing at any time. You remain responsible for payment for work completed up to the cancellation date. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

Cancellation by us

We may suspend or cancel services for non-payment, abuse, or violation of our terms. Where possible we'll give 7 days' notice.

After cancellation

We retain your account data for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be deleted, except where retention is required by law.
