Good Developments (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a service of Osmonson Enterprises LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information when you use the Good Developments client portal and related services (the “Service”) at gooddevelopments.studio. 1. Information we collect

• Account information: when you create an account or are invited to the portal, we collect your name, email address, business name, and any contact details you provide.
• Website and business data you authorize: to deliver our services we analyze your website and the accounts you choose to connect. This may include data from public crawls of your website and data you explicitly connect through third-party integrations (see “Google user data” below).
• Usage data: standard technical information such as log data, device and browser type, and how you interact with the portal, used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

2. Google user data

The Service lets you connect your Google account so we can retrieve analytics and search-performance data on your behalf. When you authorize this connection, we access the following Google data through Google APIs:

• Google Search Console (scope: webmasters.readonly) — read-only access to your site's search performance, including queries, impressions, clicks, average position, and indexing data.
• Google Analytics (scope: analytics.readonly) — read-only access to your Google Analytics properties, including traffic, sessions, and engagement metrics.

We request read-only access only. We do not modify, delete, or write to your Google accounts.

How we use Google user data — we use it solely to display analytics, search-visibility, and performance dashboards inside your portal, and to generate diagnostics, recommendations, and reports about your website's performance. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

How we store and protect Google user data — authorization tokens are stored encrypted at rest. We retrieve only the data needed to power your dashboards and reports, transmit it over secure connections, and apply industry-standard measures to protect it against unauthorized access.

Limited Use disclosure — Good Developments' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements (Google API Services User Data Policy).

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information or your Google user data. We share information only: with service providers (such as hosting and infrastructure providers) that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations; when required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend our legal rights; or with your consent. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide and improve the Service, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition — and only in ways consistent with the Limited Use requirements above.

4. Data retention and deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can disconnect any Google integration at any time from the portal's Settings & Connections page, which revokes our access. You may also revoke access directly through your Google Account at Google Account permissions. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact hello@gooddevelopments.studio; we will delete it within a reasonable period except where retention is required by law.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact hello@gooddevelopments.studio.

6. Children's privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above.
