Intellectual property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom work delivered under their project. The Company retains the right to reference completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of liability

The Company's liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
