Refund & Dispute Policy

This policy applies to services purchased from Osmonson Enterprises LLC (“we,” “us”), operating as Good Developments, at gooddevelopments.studio.
One-time services (website builds, audits, SEO setup, automation work)
A deposit is required to begin work and is non-refundable once work has started. Fees for completed or in-progress work are non-refundable. If we have not yet begun work, you may request a full refund of your deposit.
Care plan subscriptions
Care plans bill in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel anytime (see our Cancellation Policy). Cancellation stops future charges; the current billing period is not refunded, and your plan stays active until the end of that period.
Billing errors
If you were charged in error or charged an incorrect amount, contact us within 30 days and we will correct or refund the error.
Disputes & chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first at hello@gooddevelopments.studio — most issues are resolved within 2 business days. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution. Payments are processed by Stripe; we may share transaction records with Stripe to resolve a dispute.
How to request a refund
Email hello@gooddevelopments.studio with your name, the charge date, and the reason. We respond within 3 business days.
